Dr. Donna Piercy
"I took an Oath many years ago to provide protection of animal health and relieve animal suffering. My goal to this day has never changed. Whether it is through practicing the best medicine possible or by teaching members of my profession how to improve their skills, I constantly strive to improve the quality of life for all our pets."

Enjoys many outdoor activities such as walking, snow skiing, hiking and camping and gardening.
Enjoys spending time with family, friends and her numerous pets.
Keeps busy with her teenage son's school activities and his Sporting Clay competitions.- Education:
BS (Bachelor of Science) from West Virginia University
DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from University of GeorgiaDr. Piercy's career includes small and large animal practice experience. She has conducted workshops on communication and leadership skills, practice management and human resource issues, coaching and mentoring challenges at various veterinary and technician schools and colleges, and national and local veterinary conferences. Dr. Piercy has written manuals and online training programs for organizations such as Cornerstone(IDEXX), AVMA (NCVEI), and various Veterinary Technician schools and programs. She has also worked on management teams at corporations such as Hill's Pet Nutrition, IDEXX Laboratories, Hartz Mountain and PetsMart Veterinary Services. Dr. Piercy's focus on the communication of preventative care is a voice for improving total pet wellness and quality of life.
