PERSONAL INTERESTS

I love to spend time outdoors in nature! I love to stand up paddleboard and have enjoyed teaching my little dog to come along with me! I am a gardener and love house plants, even making custom macramé plant hangers. I spend as much time as I can at the beach and with my family.

HOW I GOT HERE

I found the Veterinary industry when I lived in St. Petersburg FL. I managed at a facility that was a small vet practice, a boarding facility, grooming salon, and a retail market all in one. When I moved back to VA in 2018, I choose to go back to school while I worked at a doggy daycare facility and nannied my niece! About two years later I found my self needing a challenge. I wanted to keep working with pets in combination with my continuing education. Then I found Pender! It was quite serendipitous. I knew when I read the job description that it was exactly what I was looking for. I am loving being back in the vet industry and learning something new every day!
