Anesthesia and analgesia, behavior, toxicology

My favorite thing to do is going on adventures with my daughter. I enjoy going to the gym and weightlifting in my free time. I also enjoy binge-watching TV shows or reading books while cuddling with my dog Georgia and cat Nemo.

DVM - Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Clinical year at The Ohio State University BS Psychology George Mason University

As a kid, I was obsessed with animals. I wanted to have my own of every kind. However, intimidated by the prerequisites necessary for vet school, I shied away from vet med. In undergrad, I started working at a primary care practice that made me reignite my passion for the field. A couple years later, I started working at Pender as a Veterinary Technician. I quickly fell in love with the hospital itself and Emergency Medicine. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I knew I eventually wanted to move back home to Virginia, and Pender always felt like home.
