How I Got Here:

I didn't grow up around animals or have a lot of pets yet I've wanted to be a veterinarian since before I knew what a veterinarian was. All I knew, since elementary school, was that animals were going to be my thing. I grew up watching a lot of Animal Planet and fell absolutely in love with animals. My favorite school subjects were always science and biology. I loved learning how living systems functioned. So I thought, "What could I do to combine my love for animals and my love for biological systems?" Thus, a veterinarian was born! It has always been a lifelong dream. I'm so grateful to be here!
