PERSONAL INTERESTS
My husband and I are relatively new residents of NOVA. We've welcomed two baby boys since moving from Auburn Alabama in 2021. We have a lot of fun in our little fraternity house, along with our two orange kitties and Golden Retriever. We spend a lot of family time outside, but always make time for snuggling on the couch to watch our favorite team. War Eagle!
EDUCATION
DVM, Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, 2016. Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), University of Tennessee, 2018. Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA), Chi University, 2020.
HOW I GOT HERE
During veterinary school, I realized my passion for strong client-patient relationships and general medicine. The joys of mentorship and sharing knowledge led me to become a clinician at Auburn's CVM for nearly four years. During that time, my love for geriatric patients and those with chronic painful conditions led to my certifications in physical therapy and acupuncture. I am a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Feline Veterinary Medical Association. I am also a certified Feline Friendly and Fear Free Veterinarian.
