HOW I GOT HERE
After graduating from veterinary school, I completed a year long rotating internship at the ASPCA Animal Hospital in New York City. I worked in different departments including emergency, surgery, internal medicine, adoptions, and forensics. My position at Pender allows me to explore both my passions – working with clients and their beloved pets, as well as working in the shelter environment. Currently, I am the Supervising Veterinarian for Fairfax County Animal shelter, and I directly partner with Pender.
